    Stryde Group Pty Ltd, trading as STRYDE+ (strydeplus.com) and STRYDE Giveaways (strydegiveaway.com). References to "STRYDE", "we", "us" and "our" cover both sites and related services.

    Personal Information we collect

    Identity: name, DOB, postal address.

    Contact: email, phone, social handles.

    Account: login credentials, entries, membership tier, purchases.

    Payment: handled by Stripe/Shopify/PayPal; we store tokens only, not full card numbers.

    Device/usage: IP, cookies, analytics, campaign attribution.

    User content: submissions, testimonials, competition entries.

    Why we use your information

    To operate STRYDE+ memberships and STRYDE Giveaways competitions.

    To allocate entries, run draws, verify winners, and deliver prizes.

    To communicate updates, offers, marketing (with opt-out).

    Fraud prevention, compliance with trade-promotion laws.

    Analytics and site improvement.

    Cookies & tracking

    Both domains use cookies and pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok) for analytics and advertising. Disable in browser or via our cookie banner.

    📑 Terms & Conditions – STRYDE Giveaways

    1. Acceptance

    By using strydegiveaway.com or entering any STRYDE Giveaway, you agree to these Terms.

    2. Eligibility

    Open to Australian residents aged 18+.

    Employees/agents of STRYDE and immediate family excluded.

    Some state/territory restrictions may apply if permits not obtained.

    3. Entry methods

    No-purchase necessary: Free entry available via [free entry form link] or mail-in. Treated equally.

    Membership entries: STRYDE+ members (strydeplus.com) may receive bonus entries based on tier/credits. Credits are non-redeemable and non-withdrawable.

    One account per person; duplicate/fraudulent accounts void.

    4. Draws & winners

    Draws conducted on published dates at STRYDE HQ (Gold Coast, QLD).

    Winners selected by randomised software, certified.

    Winners notified by email/SMS within 48 hours and published on strydegiveaway.com/winners.

    Winner verification (ID, residency, age) required.

    5. Prizes

    Described per promotion page.

    Substitution may occur if unavailable (equal or greater RRP).

    Delivery/transfer costs and state taxes as specified.

    Cash alternative only if stated.

    6. Membership credits / boxes

    Credits apply only within strydegiveaway.com.

    If "mystery boxes" offered, outcomes final; sell-back value credited in site balance (not cash).

    7. Fraud & misuse

    STRYDE may suspend/terminate accounts for bots, fake referrals, abuse, or breach of Terms.

    8. Refunds

    Memberships/credits are non-refundable except under Australian Consumer Law.

    9. Permits

    Each draw will display required permit numbers (NSW, SA, ACT, etc.) on its landing page and winners page.

    10. Liability

    We exclude liability for indirect loss except as required by law. Your statutory rights under ACL remain.
